  • Repeat this exercise by blocking each nostril. You can do three sets with 10 repetitions for each set.

Eliminating the smile line:

As you get older, the smile lines around your mouth tend to get deeper may look bad. By doing this simple exercise, you can get rid of these smile lines and look younger.

  • This is a very easy and simple exercise. Just fill your mouth with air and then swish the air on all directions. At each area, you have to try and hold it for about five seconds.

  • All that you need to do here is to smile. As you smile, push your nose upwards using your fingers.
  • This helps in building the muscles on the sides of your nose.
  • You can do this exercise 20 to 30 times for getting the best results.

Nose wiggling:

This is more for building up the muscles rather than shaping your nose. By strengthening your nasal muscle, it helps in keeping your nose in good shape.

How to do it:

  • All that you need to do is to wiggle your nose. Make sure that you keep the rest part of your face straight as you wiggle your nose.
  • Do this a few times for at least once daily and you will be able to have a shapely nose.
