Other benefits include better digestion and increase in the metabolism of the body. Take a glass of water and add a teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar in it. Body Wash:

After going out, when you return home, make sure to wash your arms, hands and face immediately. This helps get rid of dirt, pollen, and all allergens to prevent allergy. You must have a bath and even wash your hair if you have spent the entire day out. Wash your eyes and nostrils as soon as you get an allergy attack. Fresh fruits and vegetables like apples, red grapes, onion, tomatoes, broccoli and grapefruit contain this flavonoid naturally. To control an allergy, take a small slice of a tomato or an apple. On reacting to an allergen, the immune system releases compounds called histamines, which causes the inflammation, itching, rashes, swelling and sneezing. Querctein reduces all these symptoms of allergy, as it is a natural antihistamine.

Green Tea for dust allergy:

Take a cup of boiling water and soak a bag of green tea in it. Drinking the brew helps in relieving sneezing, sinus pain, and also any kind of inflammation caused in the nasal tract. After draining the teabag, take it and use it to rub over the rashes on you body caused due to allergy. This is very useful for controlling redness, itching and also swelling. Drinking green tea twice daily is very useful to prevent allergic attacks, especially in seasons you find yourself more vulnerable.

Ghee:

Taking a quarter of a spoon of ghee and sucking it gives relief from allergic attacks. It reduces the intensity of sneezing if you have really violent sneezing due to the attack. The nasal passage is made warm when you have ghee, and this is what reduces sneezing. Take a clean cotton ball and dip it in ghee. Peppermint Tea:

Take some dried peppermint leaves and boil it in water. Let the mixture steep for some 10 minutes, and then drink the tea after straining and cooling it.

Take about 250 ml of water in a bowl, and boil it. Use a towel to cover your head, and inhale the steam. Do this for some 10 minutes. Try t hold your position for a long time. After the water cools down to become lukewarm, take a clean wash cloth and dip it in the water. Hold the cloth on your sinuses for some time. This relieves allergies.

Saline Solution or Nasal Wash:

Nasal wash works best for dust allergies. It washes away all dust particles in the nasal cavity, and all irritants and allergens in the nasal passage. It soothes your respiratory tract, and prevents nose irritation. Use a saline solution to make a nasal wash yourself. Take a glass of warm water, and add a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of baking soda. Take the solution, and sniff a bit of it in to your nostrils, on by one. Let the water drain out through your nose or mouth.  This needs to be done four to five times to get relief from the irritation.

Wasabi:

Wasabi works great to treat allergy. Allyl isothiocyanate is a compound contained in wasabi, which helps the mucus flow to get stimulated. It boosts your immune system, as it is a member of the horseradish family. Take a spoon and dip it in wasabi. Lick the wasabi off the spoon, and it helps in controlling sneezing and other issues. Another option is to take horseradish, and grate it. Take half a teaspoon of it and swallow to control allergy.

    Dust allergy is the most common cause for disease like asthma , skin diseases so keep the surroundings clean as clean as possible and take precautions while travelling to stay away from dust.
