Like warm tea bags, you can also use cold tea bags to treat swelling under the eyes. Green tea or chamomile tea bags are of great benefit for eye bags because they are rich in antioxidants which help in reducing the redness, swelling and the puffiness of the retina. They also rejuvenate the skin around your eyes, making you look fresh. During the summer months, when it is very hot, you can keep these bags in the refrigerator and then place them on your eyes. This will sooth your eyes and is a great relief for the tired and burning eyes.

Cold compress is also good for reducing the swelling under the eyes. You can take a steel spoon that is cold or put the spoon in the refrigerator for some time and make it cold.
