I have back pain occasionally but never let it stop me completely. Seems like I can work through it usually, and in doing so find ways to reduce it. Don’t overlook things like good shoes and orthotics; this helped me tremendously. Not only my feet were helped, but the back, hips, and knees as well. All the best…

I get lower back pains whenever I fall a sleep in a not so comfortable position and it wouldn’t go away for days, One time it lasted for a week and it hurts so much I had to take a leave from work. I tried everything from rubbing creams to stretching but I never took pain killers I want to stay away from them as much as possible. I’ve never seen a doctor about it since it doesn’t happen that often and it usually just goes away after a couple of days. I’m definitely doing this tips whenever it happens again. I don’t really like seeing doctors especially if I know I can fix it by myself. Thanks a lot for this post.
