How to Get Rid of Blind Acne Pimples Fast & Overnight

Pimples spoil your look and some of them are painful also. If you have painful pimple, it can be blind acne. Blind acne appears due to the overactive sebaceous glands, which secrets excess of sebum. This oil clogs the pores of the skin and lead to blind acne. The pain associated with blind acne makes it the last thing that you want to have on your face.

Blind Acne Prone Areas:

Mostly blind acne is seen on the nose and the area behind the ears. They vary in size and are red in color. They do not contain any pus in them, but they are very painful.

Home Remedies to Treat Blind Acne Pimples:

Proper hygiene, healthy diet, regular exercise and proper sleep help you prevent acne breakout. Even if the breakout takes place, you can treat it easily by following these steps. There are also some home remedies that help you treat blind acne. They are as follows:

Aloe vera:

Aloe vera is also good for treating blind acne. This is because of its antibacterial properties, which can reduce the swelling and inflammation caused due to blind acne.

Take the gel from the leaf of aloe vera plant and apply it over the affected area.  Leave it for 20 minutes and then wash your skin with lukewarm water. Repeat it twice a day till the pimple is healed.

Alcohol:

Although drinking alcohol is bad for your heath, it has been shown to be good for getting rid of blind acne. Take some alcohol in your hand and rub it on the pimple. You can feel the cooling and soothing effect it gives on your skin. Alcohol is also a good disinfectant and helps in opening up the clogged pores of the skin.

Apple cider vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is very effective for increasing the circulation of blood in the skin. It also has antiseptic properties, which helps in healing blind acne.

Epsom salt:

Epsom salt is very effective and works wonders for your skin. It provides you great relief from the itching and inflammation associated with blind acne.

Add 1 teaspoon of Epsom salt in one and a half cup of hot water. Let the salt dissolve completely in hot water. Cool it and then apply the lukewarm mixture on blind acne. Wait till it gets dry. Now you can wash it off with water.

Honey:

The antiseptic and antibacterial properties of honey make it very effective for treating blind acne. It helps in deeply cleansing your skin and thus helps in preventing the appearance of pimples.

Apply honey on the affected area by dipping a cotton ball in it. Wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash with lukewarm water. Repeat it three times a day to get best results.

Lemon juice:

Lemon juice contains citric acid, which acts as a good astringent on the skin. This is also an excellent cleanser and cleanses your skin well. As a result, the pimples present on your face dry up fast and get removed.

Squeeze one or two lemons and take the juice. Dip a gauze pad in it and apply it on the affected area. Wait for about 20 minutes and then you can wash it off. Doing these three times a day will give you positive results.

Milk:

Milk is rich in alpha hydroxyl acid, which helps in opening the clogged pores of the skin and helps in healing blind acne faster. Apply it on the pimple and leave it for 10 minutes. Then you can wash off with lukewarm water.

Tea tree oil:

Tea tree oil has antibacterial properties, which help you treat blind acne. It kills the bacteria responsible for causing blind acne outbreak. This helps in getting g rid of blind acne by penetrating deep into the skin and unclogging the skin pores. Make sure that you dilute it with water before you apply it on your skin.

Mix one part of tea tree oil with nine parts of water and apply it on the blind acne with the help of a cotton ball. Wait for 10 minutes and then wash with lukewarm water. Now you can apply a light moisturizer.

Toothpaste:

Toothpaste is very effective for treating blind acne. But make sure that you use only white toothpaste. This is because white toothpaste often contains mint or clove oil which is good for treating blind acne. Apply a small amount of the toothpaste on the pimple before you go to sleep at night. Leave it overnight and wash next morning with lukewarm water. Applying this daily will help you get rid of blind acne.

You may experience irritation of the skin if you have a sensitive skin. This is because of the presence of other chemicals in toothpaste. It you feel irritation on your skin, you must stop using toothpaste for getting rid of blind acne and try some other home remedy.

Warm compress:

Warm compress is good for treating pimples. Apply the warm compress on the areas affected with pimples and this helps in getting rid of them. This method speeds up the process of healing and also provides you relief from the pain associated with blind acne. When you apply warm compress, the head of the pimple gets opened and this makes the healing process faster.

All you have to do is to soak a cloth in hot water and squeeze out the excess water. Hold it over the blind acne for a few minutes. You can repeat it three or four times a day, till the pimple forms a head. You may also use black tea bag as a compress. It contains tannins, which can provide you relief from inflammation.

If you are frustrated and fed up with the frequent outbreak of blind acne and can find no way to heal them, try to follow the remedies given above. You will get relief. If that too fails, then go to a dermatologist and consult him.

    Along with these homemade treatments one can also try product. I will recommend to use Zeroblem, it has almost removed all my acne and acne scars. It is a dermatological tested product and suits to every skin type.

    yoghurt is one of my favourite things to use on my skin because the lactic acid it contains help to exfoliate the skin but at the same time yoghurt is extremely hydrating and really soothing, also it tighten your pores. When I have really bad acne bentonite clay really help to calm my bad pimples and irritated skin.
