- Remove the slices/leaves from the liquid and serve the broth.
- If you don’t like it butter, you can add sweeteners to remove the bitterness.

- 2 cups of dried or fresh bitter gourd
- 2 cups of water
- Honey or sugar, if required
Step 1: Boil the water in a pot and then add the chopped bitter gourd.
Step 2: Cover the pot with a lid and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from the heat and steep it for another 10 minutes.
Step 4: Strain the mixture.
Step 5: Add sugar or honey if you want it sweet.
Your tea is ready!
