An easy way to ensure that you get enough iron is to eat lots of green leafy vegetables. These vegetables help in making your hair grow well and provide a healthy shine to your hair. Take 500 gm of coconut oil and boil it with 100 gm of dried amla. You have to boil it till the oil becomes black in color. Then take it out from the flame and keep it aside to cool.
