For this, you have to first go for a blood check and see the level of iron present in your blood. For this two tests are needed. They are hemoglobin and ferritin. To have healthy hair that grows properly, you need to have at least 140 g/L of hemoglobin level and ferritin should be above 40ug/L. If they are found to be lower than the number mentioned above, then you have to consult your doctor and take suitable iron supplements. This will help in providing the adequate amount of iron in your body.

Eat Green foods for hair loss recovery:

An easy way to ensure that you get enough iron is to eat lots of green leafy vegetables. These vegetables help in making your hair grow well and provide a healthy shine to your hair. It also reduces hair fall. Some of the green leafy vegetables that you can have are broccoli, cabbage, spinach and so on. They are good for your health as well as your hair. These are rich in iron and very beneficial for your hair and skin. So, even if you find it annoying to eat such vegetables, include tem in your daily diet and gradually you will get used to eating these vegetables. Using hair masks made with eggs is also very effective for making your hair grow well and to prevent hair fall.

Vitamin C Supplements Benefits:

It is not possible for your body to absorb iron on its own. You have to take in vitamin C to enable your body to absorb iron. Many swallow vitamin C supplements to ensure that the body gets enough of this vitamin. However, the better way is to consume foods rich in vitamin C such as bell pepper, guava, chilli, papaya, kiwi, oranges, strawberry, lemon and so on. These will provide your body with enough vitamin C, so that you need not take its supplements.

2 Simple Home Remedies for Hair fall and Re-Growth:

Coconut Oil and Amla Mask:

Take 500 gm of coconut oil and boil it with 100 gm of dried amla. You have to boil it till the oil becomes black in color. Then take it out from the flame and keep it aside to cool. Store this oil in an airtight container. Take some oil from it and massage your scalp well with it. Leave for about an hour and wash off with a mild shampoo. You can do this every alternate day. This will give you positive results within a few weeks.

Eggs and Almond Oil Mask:

Take an egg and separate its white from the yolk. Beat the white with almond oil and apply this on your scalp and hair. Let it remain on your hair for about an hour. Now you can wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Use this for a few weeks and you will see that there is a reduction in hair fall. You will get luscious and healthy hair that you will be proud of.
