- Early Morning – 1 glass warm water with lemon juice and honey are added.
- Breakfast – cereal and low fat milk = 1 whole wheat toast.
- Lunch – 1 cup mixed vegetable curry with 2 chapattis and salad.
- Evening snack – 1 cup green tea or a bowl of fruits
- Dinner – ½ cup dal, mixed vegetable curry, a piece of chicken breast or grilled fish.

Too much of stress can lead to weight gain. So, it is a good idea to take a break now and then. If you do not have the time to travel, at least take time to do what you love to do or what interests you. This helps in making you feel relaxed, and take off the load from your shoulders.
