Make this a part of your daily skin cleansing regime to get squeaky clean skin. It becomes fair and supple from inside out. There is another cleanser that you can try out. Milk and honey offer the best combination for making your skin radiant. Take 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, a tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of warm water to mix well and make a paste. Use this paste to apply all over your face and neck. Leave it on till it dries off completely and becomes stiff. Use warm water to wash it off. Regular application makes your skin fair and radiant. Consuming milk on a daily basis makes your skin radiant naturally from inside. Milk contains lots of proteins, minerals, and vitamins, which make your skin fair and radiant.

Hair Treatment with milk for Dry hair:

Applying milk on your scalp and washing it off after few minutes makes your hair super soft and silky. Ensure that you don’t wait for long time after applying it on your scalp as it becomes sticky and may damage hair at times when rinsed. This method is not suggestible for people who have dandruff.

Using Milk as a Conditioner:

Instead of using a shampoo conditioner for your hair you can use milk for conditioning as well. This is a very simple method to try. Just fill a spray bottle with some cold milk and spray it on your hair by combing hair gently. Wash off milk from hair after 10-15 minutes.

I have a fresh scar on my forehead can the milk help remove it

Reply to Tessa (Nov 26, 2016 at 9:29 pm) – I’m not sure about milk removing the scar on your forehead, but Vitamin E oil can heal up even the oldest scars when applied frequently to the scarred area (3 or more times per day). Ensure it’s a more pure Vit E oil source and not too dilute with other vegetable oils etc. I think that J/A/S/O/N all pure vitamin E oil should be good, but it’s up to you to research and make sure. Hope this helps 🙂
