After you finish it, put both your thumbs inside your mouth on the top palate and press it firmly.

Apples and apple cider vinegar control the alkaline and acidic levels in your body and normalize them. This relieves headache. Eat an apple, or drink a mixture of 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to get rid of your headache.
