They also rejuvenate the skin around your eyes, making you look fresh. During the summer months, when it is very hot, you can keep these bags in the refrigerator and then place them on your eyes. Cold compress method:
Cold compress is also good for reducing the swelling under the eyes. You can take a steel spoon that is cold or put the spoon in the refrigerator for some time and make it cold. Cool 5 to six steel spoons. Now put the spoon in such a way that the curved side is facing downwards. When this spoon gets warm, take another spoon that is cold and place it on your eyes.
