Baby oil:

One of the oldest Known methods by humans to fight dandruff is by using coconut oil. Rubbing coconut oil on the scalp is a very effective method to remove dandruff. Just warm some coconut oil and then massage it onto your scalp.try to do this at least once in a week. You might have to wash your hair twice to remove the stickiness of the oil from your hair. But doing this process is worth the effort you put. Coconut oil helps in keeping your scalp hydrated and thus prevents the formation of dandruff. Fenugreek Seeds:

Another magical remedy you have for removing dandruff is fenugreek seeds. They work quite well on your scalp. All you need to do is make a pack of yogurt and grounded fenugreek seeds. Hibiscus:

Apply this pack which you made on your scalp and leave it there for around fifteen minutes before you wash it off.

Olive Oil:

We have discussed many different oils till now. But there is also olive oil, one which we cannot avoid to speak about, when comes to treating dandruff. Olive oil, like for the skin is one of the most essential and most common oil that is good for the scalp. It would be good if you make it a habit to massage your scalp with olive oil at least an hour before taking your shower. Also make sure that you do not leave it applied on your hair for more than an hour. It might lead you to catch cold.

Tea Tree oil:

This remedy might be a little bit difficult to find out, but is definitely worth the search. Tea tree oil is one of the most aromatic oils and is found to be highly effective in treating dandruff. If you find it difficult to get the oil, try using shampoos that have this oil as an ingredient.

Yogurt Works:

One way to remove dead skin and thus dandruff from your scalp is by using yogurt. Apply little amount of yogurt on your scalp. Yogurt will not act as a conditioner, but it will help in removing the dead skins off your scalp. But ensure that you do not overuse it as it can make you smell like yogurt. That is something nobody wants to be like. To remove the yogurt smell off your scalp, rinse your hair with vinegar and some fresh smelling herbs.
